Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the ALTER EGO platform, the Uriel AI assistant, and all associated applications and websites (collectively, the "Services") provided by AXIOM AI Solutions, LLC. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

The Services are designed to provide a personalized, supportive AI experience. We want Uriel to be genuinely helpful to every user. This Policy exists to protect that experience — for you, for other users, and for the integrity of the platform.

You may use the Services for lawful personal purposes, including personal productivity, goal-setting, learning, creative projects, business planning, emotional support, and general information and assistance. You may use the Services in any country where access is not prohibited by applicable law.

2.1 Illegal Activity. You may not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

2.2 Harmful Content. You may not use the Services to generate, distribute, or solicit content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence, self-harm, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

2.3 Exploitation of Minors. You may not use the Services in any way that exploits, harms, or endangers children. Violations of this provision will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

2.4 Impersonation and Deception. You may not use the Services to impersonate any person, organization, or entity, or to create deceptive content intended to mislead others.

2.5 Unauthorized Automation. You may not use bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or other tools to access the Services in a manner that exceeds normal human usage patterns or that circumvents usage limits or access controls.

2.6 System Interference. You may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

2.7 Misuse of AI Outputs. You may not use AI-generated outputs to create disinformation, deepfakes, or synthetic media intended to deceive or harm others.

2.8 Circumventing Safety Measures. You may not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or otherwise circumvent the safety guidelines and content filters built into the Services.

2.9 Commercial Exploitation. You may not sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Services or systematically resell AI-generated outputs without the Company's prior written consent.

When users raise sensitive topics — including mental health, grief, relationship difficulties, or personal crisis — Uriel will respond with care and, where appropriate, encourage users to seek qualified professional support. The Services are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services.

The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. Upon discovering a violation, the Company may issue a warning, temporarily or permanently suspend your account, remove or restrict access to content, and report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by law. Account termination for violation of this Policy does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Policy on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
